The General Manager hires Department Heads to supervise day-to-day operation of the Club. The Department Heads staff their areas with personnel to get specific jobs done. However, all hiring as well as dismissals by Department Heads are subject to approval of the General Manager. It is Club policy not to hire anyone under sixteen (16) years of age.








APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Thank you for considering Chickasaw Country Club for your future employment. We are an outstanding Country Club, and we are pleased to have you consider joining our employee family. The employees of Chickasaw Country Club are its greatest assets.

First of all, we do not accept any phone calls regarding employment application. We ask that you respect this policy as we must spend our telephone time taking care of our Members.

Secondly, you may pick up an application for employment from the Security Guard who is located at the entrance to the Chickasaw Country Club at 3395 Galloway Avenue - Memphis, TN 38122. Applications may be picked up between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. seven days a week. Upon completion of the application, please return it to the Security Guard on duty, and he will deliver it to the appropriate Staff member. The Staff member will review your application and determine if there is an opening suitable for you based upon the information you have provided. If there is not a suitable position open at the time, you will receive a postcard within 15 days from the time we received your application, notifying you that there is no employment opportunity for you currently. However, we will keep your application on file for future openings.
